🍕Mondays @ 6:45PM - Starts at REI (201 M St) and ends at @andyspizza. There are 6 mile, 4.5 mile, and 3.1 mile (5K) distances offered.

🏔️ Wednesdays @ 6:45PM - Starts and ends at @lostgenbrewing. Come build your stamina with our hill workout!

🍻 Thursdays @ 6:45PM - Starts and ends at @lostgenbrewing. We run a 5K loop of the Met Branch Trail.

🌳 Saturdays @ 8:30AM - Starts at REI (201 M St) and ends at @unionmarketdc. There are 7 mile and 3.1 mile (5K) distances offered.

No registration is required. The club is free to join. We welcome all paces, and most runners are between an 8 and 10 minute pace.
